COSC certification
Exact, more exact – chronometer. A chronometer is a watch whose precision has been officially tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory. This Certina model has been tested by the Contrôle officiel suisse des chronomètres (COSC), the official Swiss testing authority, and awarded the quality certificate.

Lap Timer
This rare chronograph function suits motorsports perfectly – but fans of other disciplines are equally appreciative of its additional functionality: the lap timer can easily measure and add round-the-track times. The total time is displayed on the 60-minute counter at 10 o'clock – for precise results with zero time lag.

Ergonomic pushbuttons
These models are dedicated entirely to the sporting dimension of time measurement. The chronograph pushbuttons are also presented – in contrast to the classic representatives of the DS Podium family – in a particularly ergonomic design, giving the watch its extremely dynamic profile.

We ship with Swiss Post. Once you receive the order confirmation, your shipment will arrive within 2-3 days. When calculating the delivery time, please also include the time needed for processing the order and for the payment to be received in case of bank transfers. Once the order has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation by email.


We send all shipments by registered post, i.e. you must confirm receipt of your order with your signature. Please check that you have provided a valid delivery address and ensure that you are there on the day when your order arrives. If you are not there to receive a shipment yourself (e.g. because it is a gift), the recipient specified on the delivery address must sign for the package.


Once your order has been shipped, the postal service will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. You can use this tracking code to track your shipment.


The shipment is insured until its receipt is confirmed by a signature from you or the recipient specified in the delivery address.


If you wish to change your delivery address immediately after you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team by phone on +41 32 322 47 27 or by email at info@jacques-tissot.ch, and we will make the requested changes for you. If you have received an order confirmation for your order, it is already on the way to the delivery address specified by you and we can no longer redirect it.


The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.


If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item to the Jacques Tissot retail outlet in Bienne, Switzerland or return it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

For returns by post, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Jacques Tissot shipping box.
2. Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.
3. Seal the package and send it to our Jacques Tissot Store address.
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.

After your return has been received by us within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. If we cannot determine any damage or signs of use, we will refund you the selling price.
