ADDITIONAL STRAP

This watch offers the wearer a varied wardrobe: Customers purchasing this watch will receive a second strap. The sophisticated quick-change system allows you to replace the strap easily and without the need for any tools – meaning you can change your look in an instant.

REINTERPRETING A CLASSIC

In the spirit of maximum authenticity, this vintage model features an edge domed hesalite crystal and the DS Concept in its original form – just like the original model released in 1967. To satisfy the demands of modern-day living, it has been given an NEX Scratchguard coating to increase its durability and scratch resistance.

WATER RESISTANT TO A PRESSURE OF 20 BAR

The water resistance of this tough model has been tested to 20 bar (200 m) – placing it way over the average. A real sporting ace.

PACKAGING AS UNIQUE AS THE WATCH

The inspiration behind the DS PH200M lies deep below the surface of the ocean. Accordingly, this exceptional Heritage model is presented in special packaging designed to look like a diving box. Alongside the watch and an information leaflet, the case also contains a second strap that can be fitted quickly and easily.

SHIPPING

  • We only accept billing and delivery addresses within Switzerland
  • We ship the order with Swiss Post or in exceptional cases with a private courier
  • We ship free of charge and only by registered mail

DELIVERY TIME

We ship with Swiss Post. Once you receive the order confirmation, your shipment will arrive within 2-3 days. When calculating the delivery time, please also include the time needed for processing the order and for the payment to be received in case of bank transfers. Once the order has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation by email.

DELIVERY

We send all shipments by registered post, i.e. you must confirm receipt of your order with your signature. Please check that you have provided a valid delivery address and ensure that you are there on the day when your order arrives. If you are not there to receive a shipment yourself (e.g. because it is a gift), the recipient specified on the delivery address must sign for the package.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, the postal service will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. You can use this tracking code to track your shipment.

INSURANCE

The shipment is insured until its receipt is confirmed by a signature from you or the recipient specified in the delivery address.

CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you wish to change your delivery address immediately after you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team by phone on +41 32 322 47 27 or by email at info@jacques-tissot.ch, and we will make the requested changes for you. If you have received an order confirmation for your order, it is already on the way to the delivery address specified by you and we can no longer redirect it.

RETURNS

The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item to the Jacques Tissot retail outlet in Bienne, Switzerland or return it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

For returns by post, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Jacques Tissot shipping box.
2. Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.
3. Seal the package and send it to our Jacques Tissot Store address.
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.

REFUNDS

After your return has been received by us within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. If we cannot determine any damage or signs of use, we will refund you the selling price.
