With the monthly invoice (POWERPAY) - you can pay your online purchases easily by invoice with a part payment option. MF Group / POWERPAY as an external payment service provider offers the payment method "payment via invoice".

If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item to the Jacques Tissot retail outlet in Bienne, Switzerland or return it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.
For returns by post, please follow these steps:
1. Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Jacques Tissot shipping box.
2. Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.
3. Seal the package and send it to our Jacques Tissot Store address.
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.
