CHF 31'000.00
The Seamaster Olympic Games Limited Edition Set includes five watches which are inspired by the Rings of the Olympic Games and the design of OMEGA’s timekeeping stopwatches from the past.
The set includes this 39.5 mm model, created with a stainless steel case and a black micro-perforated leather strap. The white domed dial of each watch, which includes an easily readable railway minute track and contrasting blackened hands. There is also a black pulse reader on each dial that enables 20-second timing intervals of the wearer’s pulse.
On the caseback, there is a black anodized aluminum ring which includes all known host cities and dates from OMEGA’s Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028.
Inside, the watch is driven by the Master Chronometer calibre 8806. Only 100 of these sets have been created and the special presentation box includes a miniature last-lap bell, made in the same Swiss foundry where the real bells are traditionally crafted.
Features
Anti-magnetic: The movement is unaffected by exposure to strong magnetic fields, even those greater than 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss).
Chronometer: Label given to a watch which has undergone precision tests and received a certificate from an official body (COSC).
Limited edition: A series of watches whose production run is determined in advance of production and limited to a set number.
Transparent caseback: A transparent caseback - frequently made of sapphire - makes it possible to see the movement inside the watch.
