We offer you the possibility of paying your order by invoice up to CHF 10'000.-. When you receive the invoice you have the choice to pay the invoice within the prescribed payment period (end of the month) or in instalments.

If you want to pay the invoice in several instalments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This allows you to easily decide for yourself how to settle the invoice.

When placing an order on account, you have the option to pay the invoice in full or in instalments. You only have to decide when you receive the invoice. Please also note that the payment period always lasts until the end of the respective month.

  • Would you like to pay the invoice amount in instalments and transfer more than the absolute minimum amount?


For the transfer, please take the blank deposit slip and decide how much you want to transfer for the current month.

Monthly invoice with part payment option (POWERPAY)

With the monthly invoice (POWERPAY) - you can pay your online purchases easily by invoice with a part payment option. MF Group / POWERPAY as an external payment service provider offers the payment method "payment via invoice".

RETURNS

The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item to the Jacques Tissot retail outlet in Bienne, Switzerland or return it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

For returns by post, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Jacques Tissot shipping box.
2. Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.
3. Seal the package and send it to our Jacques Tissot Store address.
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.

REFUNDS

After your return has been received by us within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. If we cannot determine any damage or signs of use, we will refund you the selling price.
